Nursing home watch lists
- Florida’s Nursing Home Watch List: Published daily by Florida’s Agency for Health Administration, the watch list chronicles those nursing homes that 1) repeatedly fail to meet the state’s minimum nursing home standards or 2) have filed for bankruptcy protection. Nursing homes remain on the watch list for 30 months.
- Special Focus Facility List: The national nursing home watch list maintained by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services that is updated monthly.
